Information about this year's Memorial Day weekend events at Loma Vista Cemetery, www.lomavistamemorialpark.com, 701 E Bastanchury Rd, Fullerton, CA 92835:
- Saturday, May 24, honoring veteran gravesites from 8-10 am. Recommend comfortable shoes and hats if it is a sunny day. Refreshments and water will be provided.
- Monday, May 26, Memorial Day ceremony from 10-11:30 am. Guest speaker: Colonel Robert Davis, US Space Force, Theme: Reaching for the Stars, Seating provided, but recommend hats and sunscreen
- Tuesday, May 27, 7-9 am, help in collecting American flags and delivering via pickup to Fullerton Community Center (we need a few pickups).
- Tuesday, May 27, 8-11 am, help in ironing/cleaning/bundling Amercian flags for the 2026 ceremony
